Begin
What comes first? Do you find the perfect home site, or the perfect home? Do you focus on the area you want to be in, or who builds in that area? Do you have your priorities listed out - square footage, number of bedrooms, lot size, proximity to town, a school district, or a body of water? Without thoroughly defining what your goal is for the end, you will never know exactly where to begin.
Vision
No idea is too small, too big, or too abstract for us. We love listening to our clients describe their vision. What is inspiring your hopes and dreams, what makes home feel like home to you, what is being created from scratch, what is being reinvented from an existing structure, how will the spaces be used for daily living or hosting loved ones? Now, where to start this new chapter…where to begin…what comes first? Taking a concept and breaking it down into steps is where the timeline and story really begins to layout. Whether you’re starting with the beginning, or the end in mind, we can help fill in all the steps in between. This step is key to providing clarity throughout the journey.
